Selargius House (CA)
The client’s project was followed in the construction of Villa Selargius in 2018. Despite the limited area on the building site, the 135 m2 timber frame cottage was put up in just 6 days. It was completed with plaster on the outside and plasterboard inside, being a contemporary and typical urban home.
The customer is particularly pleased with the thermal features of the house, which stay cool in summer and warm in winter, lowering heating and air conditioning expenditures well beyond his expectations. This satisfaction extends beyond the extremely quick building timeframes.
